2 Visa application form duly filled.
2 White background Photograph *Covering letter must be signed and sealed by company's on letter head stating name, designation of the signing authority.
Invitation Letter should be signed & seal with name, designation of the signing authority.
If signing authority is Nigerian National then passport copy ELSE passport copy with work/residence permit copy is mandatory.
Original Yellow fever card *Certificate of Incorporation of Nigerian Company. *Bank statement for the last 6 months.

NOTE: From 1st May’14 onward Nigerian Embassy has started to accept visa applications through appointment only. Appointment date will available only after making the online payment.
